What is the difference between recessed and overrun scales?
The difference relates to the position of the platform relative to the level of the ground on which the scale is located:
RECESSED SCALES
- The platform is located in the plane of the ground where the scale is located, i.e. flush with it, it takes up less space, it is easy to drive onto the scale
OVERRUN SCALES
- The platform is located above the ground on which the scale is located and requires equipping the scale with invasions, it is easier to access the space under the scale and keep it clean
